Hi Jean, Eleanor and everyone else. I am ok, got myself a new laptop so can try keep in touch more. Health is not great as i have a major flare-up at the moment plus i have a bloomin' cataract in my left eye due to the steroid injections i was getting for RA. Now i am just waiting for operation to get lens replaced. ( i am hoping i get the super duper HD lens that was in the news a couple of weeks ago). My boiler has gone on the blink so i am waiting in for mr fixit to check out my boiler. "Things" have improved in the home front . I am at home more often now as i am unable to drive at night due to this silly cataract. I hope everyone is not suffering too much, and welcome to all the new members. When did the forum change? its going to take me a while to get used to this new one lots of love jenny xxxx

Hi Jenny,
Bad luck about the cataract. Darned steroids.
Forum changed about two weeks ago I suppose. I can't adjust to it and don't find it very user friendly. Apart from anything else, many of the members appear to be lost as I don't see them posting any more! It is very nice to see that you and Mary are here. keep us up to date with all your happenings.

Oh Jenny - these drugs certainly cause other probs don't they. Really sorry to hear about the eye prob but hope you manage to get it sorted pronto. My old Dad had both his cataracts removed when he was 92 and was very surprised when he could see again - bless him!
Glad to hear things are good at home.
Hope the flare subsides in time for Christmas
Take care and speak to you soon.
Much love Jeaxxxxx
